Hospitals, Please Explain Them To Me

So my mom is in the hospital. She went through a badass spine surgery and is crushing it now...but that's not why I'm here.

All day, you can't get anyone to come into the room to come turn off the damn beeping. Yet, at night, you cant keep the fuckers out. Every 45 minutes someone comes in to play with a noise, check vitals, adjust this, squeeze that GET THE FUCK OUT. Literally they bother you all night, but can't show up at 2 pm to bring a bottle of water.

Where am I going with this...I don't get it. The branding of a hospital lives in it's patient care. Not the surgeries and procedures, but the care is where a hospital gets its reputation. And that is why people pick hospitals. The sparkly clean brand, like Clorox, is what entices someone to put their life in your hands. All in all, Cedars Sinai hospital in LA blows.
